At least one month notice for the resignation
To ensure the employees implement the policy, the company keeps one month salary for security reasons. The one month salary will give back to the employee once He/she follows the resignation policies and does a proper handing over.

Basic Requirements for all the positions

7. Fluent in English and or Afrikaans is an advantage.
8. At least 3 years related experience.
9. Own transport and a valid driver licence.
Recruitment Policies for the new candidates
1. Three days testing without payment.
2. 10 days observation period with payment depending the ability and experience.
3. 3 months probation period with payment (agreed before starting)
4. Either party can terminate without any explanation during testing, observation and probation period.
